Identify / define product specifications and customer specific requirements; Track customer specific requirements implementation in pre¬serial life and hand over in serial life; Organize quality in pre¬serial life. Established immediate actions in case of customer additional requirements; Represent quality in project and is the interface with customer in pre¬serial life; Is the customer representative in projects and pre¬serial life; Escalation to quality manager in case of sever nonconformity and problems that needs a management decision; Lead the 8D team in case of customer complaints in pre¬serial life; Implement proper corrective actions established together with 8D team. Follow¬up of the actions; Submit 8D information to the customer. Put the 8D data inside the specific tool; Make sure the customer requirements are in place after the actions implementation; Monthly reporting to quality manager of project quality indicators: ppm 0 km, NTF, initial time response on customer complaints, quality related costs; Establish quality documentation: control plan, inspection plan, checking instructions including PQC, control card; Assure that checking criteria are the proper one. History of product is maintain and documented; Make sure that the right gauge, measurements technique are in place for project; Propose measurement equipments for the checking. Establish the frequency of these checking; Perform PPAP folder and submit to customer, in preserial life. Inform the customer about changes in project; Participate to FMEA meetings, run and rate, customer audits before SOP; Participate at customer meetings, at customer side if it required in preserial life; Organize, if the case, sorting activity internal or at customer side. If additional criteria for sorting are required, make sure that these are known and applied. Make sure that the delivery during pre¬serial life is ok from quality point of view; Take decisions regarding the quarantined parts in preserial life. Regularly follow¬up with Production Quality Engineer; Perform audits (product, process); Authority to stop the production line in case of nonconformity founded; Direct escalation to the Quality Manager and Production Manager in case of line stop; Assure support in case of nonconformity found on the production line; Provide coaching to other plant employees, junior to his / her function; Act as mentor for the integration period of new colleagues: support the definition of Training Integration Plan, goals for integration and offer further support for a successful integration; Provide training to the team colleagues on topics defined together with the Department Manager; Perform the training for line operators: PQC (product quality containment), quality criteria and checking method.
University degree (e.g. Mechanics, Electronics) or relevant professional experience; At least 2 years relevant experience in Quality Management Project; Preferably, had worked before as a project coordinator. Not mandatory; Product knowledge ; Quality methods knowledge; Quality standards (ISO 9001, ISO TS 16949, VDA); Project management methodology; Internal standards (quality manual, procedures, methods); Specialized knowledge: PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA; Specific customer requirements (ex. Formel Q Konkret); Problem solving skills; Auditing method; Advanced English skills.
