Responsible of the recruitment process for all the openings in his area of responsibility Defining and executing recruitment strategies Creating and placing internal and external job announcements Sourcing, selecting and screening appropriate candidates to be evaluated by the hiring manager; Extending offers of employment to selected candidates Performing direct candidates sourcing and head-hunting Using a large variety of sourcing techniques when performing direct search for potential candidates Continuously improving the searching methods in order to find best new candidates Conducting pre-interviews and interviews (telephonic/video-conference/face-to-face), together with Hiring Managers Creating interview and position reports, based on the KPIs, for each candidate in the recruitment process Providing feedback to the candidates who will not receive a job offer Analyzing and proposing new recruitment trends, according to the market


Requirements: University degree Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment High knowledge of English (German is an advantage) High degree of autonomy Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills Highly organized
