As Regional FCA Customer Center manager for Instrumentation & Driver HMI department you will be responsible during the development lifecycle, to manage the activities of the project management, sales and project controlling. You will have business, line and project management responsibilities. Your activities & responsibilities will include: Is responsible to foster relation with the customers, collect all relevant issues coming from the customer and trigger them in the internal organization; Is responsible to keep close contact to the customer team, project core team and bidding team and also to visit the customer in case of new acquisitions or tech days.; Day to day interface to customer R&D departments, partly supporting customer quality and purchasing departments and plants; Lead technology and roadmap discussion with customer, create market trends for all related functions and technologies and create design strategy / roadmap for customer in accordance to the existing platforms; Coordination of global communication to customer by harmonizing and streamlining internal global communication, also you are the entry point for any crisis situation; In case of customer escalation act as an initial task force manager and coordinates all activities (Plant, R&D, Logistics,...); Responsible for the RFQ activities (project /technical side); Is responsible to ensure that employee’s competencies and skills inside the group are at the level required by the job and performs the yearly Performance Management Process for all direct reports; Mentors and coaches the team members on the topics of people development and performance management; Is responsible to make sure that every employee of his/ her group has tasks according to their qualification, competences and position; Participates to the budget planning and tracks the budget for his/ her group; Tracks budget status of training, business trips, investments, low value assets; Is responsible to define the Mission and Strategy for his/ her group considering the input from all stakeholders and to translate the strategy into roadmap; Is responsible to define project goals and provide estimations (financial, scheduling and quality goals) - obtain project budget; Coordinates cost estimations from project team and get management approval for project budget, also ensures the nomination and availability of the project team; Is responsible to track the project progress, define and document corrective measures if deviating from the plan; Is responsible to control the usage of the released project budget and project resources per approved project plan also to report the project status and to ensure that professional change management is applied in the project; Is responsible to represent the project in customer meetings and to represent the project-interests in supplier meetings; Actively manages stakeholder expectations, informs and involves stakeholders on a regular basis and in an appropriate manner. A mentor will support you to stepwise take over own responsibility after an initial training phase which will familiarize you with our products, tools, processes and organization.


University Degree in Technical Engineering, Economics, Finance and relevant experience Minimum 3 years experience as a project manager Minimum 3 years of experience as line manager Customer relationship techniques Contracts and sales negotiation Knowledge of Logistics and production aspects Knowledge of technical aspects Italian is a plus
