Responsibilities: • Smooth running in the dining room • Proper booking of all consumption (guest checks) • Employee leadership and employee assignment planning • Cleanliness in the restaurant and office areas (rooms and equipment) Tasks: • Drinks (recommend and sell drinks) • Maintain an overview in the dining room • Employee control (appearance, cleanliness, menu - German and English, ...) • Performing service training courses (the right attitude towards the guest, banquet service, wines, etc.) • Lead and motivate employees and plan deployment • Complaints received and forwarded to the boss • Control of the covered tables and buffets (also Hubertusstube) - both before the Dinner (attention to candles, lights (dimming) and music, as well as after the Dinner Working hours • 8:00 to 13:00 and 18:00 to 23:00

Requirements: • Leadership personality • Standby, Endurance • Versatile in dealing with international guests • Safe and very well maintained but restrained appearance • Very good wine knowledge, sommelier education is an advantage • Organization, overview, employee motivation • Advanced level of English/ German knowledge – medium level • A hand for decorations (buffet, flowers, etc ...)
