Creating and distribution of weekly and monthly reports with logistics key-figures and standardized plant reports; Continuous assurance of the reporting-data quality; Execute special tasks and analyses and to take part in projects as requested by the superior; System administration and support for the Logistics Cockpit; Designing and administration of up-to-date content, interactive features and documentations for logistics controlling intranet pages; Inventory Reporting / Controlling incl. the following positions: PSM Rate / All time Buy / Blocked Stock Reporting (monthly development, degradation rate) / Customer Consignment / Headwindreporting / Process (evaluation of main impact, deviation in Inventories, deviation of Sales, impact of FX-Rate); Deviation Reporting and action tracking on Plant level; Supporting the Business Unit Booklet creation about the inventory staff; special reporting / Presentation on DIV and Automotive level for the SCMA / BU / DIV Management; Guidance and Support of internal customer in case of inventory relations; Preparation and support of SCMA Management Meetings, BU requests and Benchmark activities; Preparation of Training documents for BU / Plants about monthly closing process; Support / coordinate of Budget und Forecast process with plants, BU's, DIV; Ensure and improve Data quality.
