Mission: - creating original and attractive recruitment ads; - organizing and sustaining the interviews in order to validate the desired profile; - submitting the short-list of candidates to the hiring managers; - maintaining and developing the professional collaboration with the hiring managers; - developing a qualitative relationship with all recruited candidates; - managing the internal database of candidates.
Profile: - French-speaker (B2 level); - experienced in the recruitment area (minimum 3 years); - anchored in the labour market; - customer-oriented and results-oriented; - motivated by continuous professional development; - creative; - competitive; - persevering.
