SUMMARY OF ROLE The primary objective of the position is to quickly respond to orders received by Rosemount Tank Gauging department. The orders shall be screened according to our corporate policies, agreements and examined for correctness. PRINCIPLE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES * Handling and screening of incoming purchase orders * Monitoring and maintaining the Order Inbox * Be able to answer or distribute received inquiries * Be able to respond to certain price inquiries and questions about availability and delivery times * Ensure compliance with each order if international trade agreements * Confirm order entry * Communication by e-mail and phone with our distributors and with people inside our organization * Maintain contact with factory and ensure that all goods ordered are delivered on time and in the correct amount * Maintain Contact with the sales team and notify of any delay or problem that occurs * Provides the necessary info to the documentation department and ensure that documentation is sent on time and correct. * Update database and information on each order that is responsible about * Performs other activities as required


REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE * College/University degree * 1+ year experience in an administrative role * Language: English - advanced level both in written and spoken * Ability to understand technical issues * PC skills: MsOffice, Internet * Previous experience as an Order Handler/Screener is a plus * Knowledge and/or experience in using ERP systems is a plus­
