Are you a seasoned Account Manager dedicated to the long-term success of your clients? If you are experienced in SaaS Account Management and excel at building strong relationships with clients and delivering on sales quotas, take a closer look. Job Description: The DNN Team is looking for a passionate Account Manager who will partner with and ensure the long term success of our clients. As an Account Manager, you are that nimble sales professional that can proactively succeed in developing new business and in managing existing DNN client relationships. This role includes collaboration with clients through analyzing processes and use cases, then presenting technology solutions that solve business problems, optimize web presence, and improve content management efficiency. This role reports directly to the Head of Sales. Key Responsibilities: Meeting sales quotas by promoting additional technology products and services to the existing client base. Upsell accounts and increase product footprint Achieve expected sales quota Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external clients Identify new cross-departmental opportunities within large accounts Analyzing client needs and customizing solutions to meet those needs Solution based selling techniques with a consultative approach Responsible for client retention. Processing of renewal contracts within the territory. Develop and maintain detailed account plans

Required Skills and Experience: 3-5 years of SaaS Account Management Strong organizational skills Highly self-motivated Excellent communication skills: telephone, oral, and written Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) Preferred Skills and Abilities: Experience using virtual meeting platforms (i.e., GoTo Meeting) and orchestrating technical demos SalesForce experience is key Experience with government and corporate procurement processes Effective presentation, negotiation and deal structuring skills Nice to have: Experience with web CMS A passion for social media and social business technologies You are an ultra-competitive sales pro Compensation: $60/hour Location: Global (remote) 40 hours/week Travel: 5-10%
