Fantastic opportunity for a positive, switched on administrator to join our Head Office in Cannock as a Sales Administrator on a full time basis. Blu Global Uk is currently seeking a sales administrator to join our team. The main responsibility of this role is o provide dynamic and flexible support to our team of consultants throughout Europe. We are looking for an individual who has the ability to priorities workload, have excellent communication skills, be highly organized with a good understanding of the need to accuracy and professionalism. Duties will include  Supporting a network of Resourcing Consultants  Registering new consultants  Creating information packs  Ensuring general administrative processes are adhered to and further improved.  Entering data onto an internal database ensuring complete and correct records are kept and maintained.  Handling incoming telephone calls and dealing with queries quickly  Dealing with and responding to high volumes of emails  Sending daily/weekly/monthly reports to management Benefits  Excellent Basic Salary  Laptop provided  28 Holidays p/a including 8 Bank Holidays

Cerinte

 At least 1 year experience of working within a similar role  Strong evidence of administrative support.  Exceptional organizational skills  Ability to handle pressure and tight deadlines  Experience with Microsoft Word/Excel  Good English Language  Desire to grow with the business and be part of a successful team
