Sales Development Representative - $70K OTE + Benefits Only the most driven, persistent, and competitive candidates should apply. The ability to vary your sales experiences will allow you to accelerate your sales growth when compared to your peers. Job Description: As an SDR at Aurea, you will play a key part in our go-to-market strategy by targeting decision makers at key companies. The ultimate goal of your conversations is to ensure that our services will add significant value to the prospect and to set up a longer discovery call and demo. You will quickly become knowledgeable on the market’s pain points and needed solutions which will serve as the basis for messaging experiments to continually refine our core product offering. Key responsibilities: · Prospecting provided list of contacts to set up next-step qualification calls and demos · Moving swiftly past gatekeepers and quickly engaging decision makers to agree to a next step discovery call · Clearly presenting the key benefits of our products to decision makers at prospective client companies · Carefully handling common objections to direct prospect clients to an in-depth discussion with an Inside Sales Representative · Meticulously managing lead information in our CRM and leveraging CRM functionality to maximize lead touch points · Executing data-driven messaging experiments to refine Aurea’s most effective market messaging

Required Skills and Experience: · Associates or bachelor’s degree · Excellent written and verbal English skills · Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills with the ability to facilitate dialog and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams · Self-motivated and able to work successfully in a 100% remote environment · Experienced with various technologies, including CRMs and predictive dialers Please note that candidates will be hired on a W2 contract (including benefits) Location: US/Canada 40 hrs/week As a US Based Employees of Crossover Market LLC you will be eligible for our comprehensive benefits package which includes: Value Buy-Up Options for AD&D and Life Insurance Major Medical for you and your Family Major Dental Major Vision Employer Paid Life, LTD, and STD insurance coverage You are eligible to participate in the employer sponsored benefits the first day of the month following your hire.
