• Receive requests from the customers having technical problems at their machine-tools • Register the cases and transfer them to the Service Department • Identify the spare parts needed • Calculate prices and make offers for the spare parts (tools, software) and send them to the customers • Send orders and follow them • Make marketing campaigns to sell different products • Send necessary data for the Accounting Department to issue invoices for the spare parts (tools, software) sold to the customers • Make monthly statistical situations for the sales • Keep permanent contact with the customers to inform about the status of the order


• graduate of Technical University (Mecatronics, Mechanical Engineering ) • knowledge and experience of relevant software applications – spreadsheets, word processing, basic programming. • proficient in spelling, punctuation, grammar and other English language skills • verbal communication skills • technical skills • attention to detail • ability to work with minimal supervision both independently and in a team • time management • ability to work under pressure
