DRIVING INFINITE POSSIBILITIES WITHIN A DIVERSIFIED, GLOBAL ORGANIZATION Responsible for providing technical sales support for the Sales Support Administrator organization while developing, deploying, and enabling the key processes within Sales and Marketing. Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment and profitable business growth. Develop and assess sales support libraries and templates to enable scalable work processes as well as right and fast reporting and financial roll-up. Provide integrated "One Honeywell" support for Sales processes Develop, deploy and enable "Right and Fast" key processes within Sales and Marketing at Honeywell Drive continuous improvement in a premiere Sales organization • Ensure on-time pricing updates in e-Pricing system and work towards zero billing corrections metrics; • Proactively informs sales on any difference on customer PO vs. HTS offering or pricing; • Close relationship to C2C and Sales Admin regarding price discrepancies and past dues; • Create regular internal reports, manage historical sales data and improve processes to allow real time sales decisions; • Update and maintain the tooling funding payment process accurate (tooling identification, asset declaration, submission of payment forms, collection of documentation, etc) and suggest idea to improve the process; • Ensure purchase order review and approval policies and all revenue recognition rules adherence. • Liaise with C2C, TAX and Legal departments to ensure contracts comply with the internal procedures and policies; • Manage APO activities: CVC’c creation, allocation of long term demand and short term demand variation analysis based on the sales team input and request; • Provide global support to the SwissCo sales team and sales admin team for maintenance of material master data and customer master data ensuring full adherence to HTS procedures; • Sales process improvement: Identify and propose opportunities for process improvement, remove waste and non-value-added steps in the flow of administrative work. Support implementation where decided by the SwissCo leadership; • Create Sales Support SOP’s and ensure these are accurate, complete, useful and clear; • Properly train the Sales Support team.
YOU MUST HAVE Business or commercial based degree or similar qualification; WE VALUE Experience of working with SAP and Excel; Data administration management and precision to procedures; Process oriented; Exceptional analytical and organizational skills; Committed to promoting a healthy, efficient and positive work environment. Foster effective teamwork; Fluent in English. Another European language preferred (such as Romanian and/or French); Ideally Six Sigma Green Belt Certified.
