Descrierea jobului - Cluj Napoca is hiring ! is a multinational company serving a wide range of private and corporate clients worldwide and is offering the following services: income tax refunds, tax return filing, dividend withholding tax reclaim and payroll processing. The receptionist is responsible for handling the front desk operations as well as providing support to Sales Representatives, Team Leaders and Management. - Answering the phone and transferring calls to the appropriate employees, taking messages - Providing information over the phone and to the walk-in customers and to ensure that communication is clear, professional and in a timely manner, updates, filling in the Data Base etc - Handling incoming and outgoing mail. - Greeting walk-in customers and arranging for the appropriate employee to meet them. - Operating office equipment – copier(s), computer workstation(s), fax machine(s)


-Correct spoken and written English (grammar, spelling and pronunciation). -Intelligence, responsibility (dependability), professionalism, diplomacy, self-possession, flexibility, resourcefulness and friendliness. -Telephone skills and etiquette. -Ability to work effectively with multiple supervisors, balance and prioritize multiple requests. -Effective office, time management and organizational skills. -Attention to detail and ability to perform work with many interruptions. -Ability to establish good working relationships with the other employees and the partner-company ones.
