Primary Bookkeeping: • Enters, updates, and/or retrieves accounting data from company’s systems • Ensures all payments amounts & records are accurate. • Checks, verifies and process invoices • Responsible for petty cash including maintenance of petty cash records and completion of cash reconciliation at each month end Human Resources activities: • Contacts and selects candidates for interview scheduling • Reports the progress on assigned job vacancies on a regular basis, communicates early warnings and provides regular feedback on the advancement of the recruitment process. • Manages posting of job vacancies on the best performing recruitment channels • Offers support in the preparation of HR and related documents: labour agreements , addenda, employment certificates, personal documents. • Maintains and archives employee data Other activities : • Provides administrative support and performs protocol and secretarial duties • Handles management reports and presentations when required • Manages the company's relationship with suppliers • Arranges travel schedule and reservation • Assures logistic support for company employees • Organizes team buildings, Christmas parties; other events for the company • Performs translations of documents when required Flexible working conditions, a professional environment, and a young dynamic team willing to support you all the way are just some of the benefits you’ll enjoy in working with us.
