DRIVING INFINITE POSSIBILITIES WITHIN A DIVERSIFIED, GLOBAL ORGANIZATION Use your administrative and organizational skills to provide general administrative support to Honeywell executives, including Senior Administrative Assistant. You will work closely with the business leaders and enjoy a lot of interaction with internal employees and external customers. Contribute in a team of highly committed professionals whose organizational and communication skills ensure smooth travel planning, calendar coordination, complex meeting planning and other administrative business processes. Provide superior administrative support to leaders, enabling them to make most of their time Grow and develop your technical and interpersonal skills while focusing on client support Contribute to a team-based culture and friendly working environment Handle all travel arrangements including flight booking, hotel and restaurant reservations, ground transportation and car rental reservations Coordinate travel arrangements with other assistants as necessary, provide consolidated travel info and /or travel itineraries Oversee and handle VISA processes liaising with counterparts in Switzerland EXPENSE REPORTING Prepare travel requests & expense reports CALENDAR MANAGEMENT Schedule meetings on calendar at specific and punctual requests, i.e. schedule meeting series or when larger team meetings require coordination EVENTS Handle organization of specific team meetings as well as off-site and on-site special events, team buildings, R&R events and workshops: Location selection, hotel booking, catering, issue event notices and agendas, as well as provide on the ground logistic support as needed GENERAL TEAM ADMINISTRATION Manage purchase orders, requisitions into Honeywell’s systems such as EBP, order IT devices, business cards, catering, business items, supplies, support team travel tracking and vacations

YOU MUST HAVE High school diploma, degree in business or related field a plus WE VALUE IT savvy, fully conversant and proficient in Microsoft Office and related software packages Minimum of 3-5 years administrative assistant or travel management experience Proactively manage a wide range of executive, administrative duties and processes that require extensive coordination in multiple time zones. Handle pressure, complexity and multiple tasks simultaneously and unsupervised Successfully interact with a dispersed team, other executive, customers and administrative assistants Excellent interpersonal, organization and communication skills appropriate to a multi-cultural and diverse working environment Knowledge of travel industry rules and travel processes; knowledge of effective travel related technology processes and solutions Excellent language skills both verbal & written in English; other languages an asset Strong problem analytical and solving skills that allow to proactively anticipate requirements High work ethics, able to maintain a very high degree of confidentiality and discretion Possess executive presence, maturity and judgment, honest and reliable Enthusiastic with a positive outlook and willingness to help or step in where needed Willing to work flexible hours as required
