Honeywell Core Enterprise ERP Systems The Honeywell Global SAP Center Of Excellence (CoE) team is commissioned to introduce common business processes, supported by standard SAP which will facilitate growth, meet customer needs, and reduce customer response and cycle times, run lowest cost possible at error-free rates. Our mission is to introduce best in industry practices and state of the art functional excellence in Order Management, Sourcing, Manufacturing, Logistics, and in our Project and Services Business. SUMMARY As part of the Global SAP Center of Excellence, the team is commissioned to introduce common business processes, supported by standard SAP functionality, which will facilitate growth, meet customer needs, reduce customer response and cycle times, and run lowest cost possible processes at error-free rates. Our mission is to introduce best in industry practices and state of the art functional excellence in Order Management, Sourcing, Manufacturing, Logistics, Finance, Projects and Service. You will work in the Honeywell CoE Integrated Supply Chain (ISC) team in the Sales and Distribution area to configure, test, and deploy the SAP MM processes within the Honeywell core SAP instances. Focus will be on global processes and solutions for our Products related businesses. ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned. As an IT Project Leader, you are part of a cross functional team with the responsibly to help deploy the designed “Global Template” which will enable the SBU to move from current business processes and operating systems to common business processes, enabled by SAP. Specifically, you will responsibility for: • Interacting within CoE to implement SAP MM processes to Honeywell sites according to plan. • Teaming and interfacing with the Honeywell Deployment Teams and the SBU’s as it pertains to all aspects of Materials Management. This includes understanding the site requirements and performing gap analysis, SAP configuration, and assisting with the redesign of processes, and testing to insure conversion success. • Completing key deliverables as assigned such as functional site scoping documentation, Gap Analysis, Enhancement Functional Specifications, and others as outlined in the Honeywell deployment methodology, • ISC Leadership for assigned deployments of SAP and support of project design work globally. • Responsible for the knowledge transfer of deployment configuration and enhancements to Support team. • Reconcile differences between business unit processes and lead the team to consensus • Empowered to make decisions driving to the best business process to keep project moving forward within the Global Template • Work with SBU process owners during the deployment process to ensure business ownership throughout the program • Be a champion of the SAP solution and assist in change management activities The scope of process includes: o Purchase Requisitions o Approval Rulesets o Purchasing and Schedule Agreements o Purchase Order Processing o Inventory Movements o Warehouse Management o Return Orders o Invoice Verification o Master Data o And associated data and reporting Attributes / Skills Sought: • Experience of working with Purchase to Pay for Contracts, Purchase Order Processing (Mfg Product related), Pricing, Invoicing, and EDI from an IT and business perspective • Do-er mentality, hands-on attitude in the area of Materials Management • Proven ability to create Functional Specifications for development by other developers, including test plans. • Strong influencing skills + social relations experience • Proven ability to communicate and operate in a complex matrix environment • Tenacity, credibility amongst peers, results oriented, ability to support others and influence in a difficult environment • Personal attributes o Excellent time management and multi-tasking skills o Results driven, yet highly team-oriented o Open Minded, o Ability to work in a matrix environment o Organizational Skills o Can operate effectively in a multi-cultural, global environment working with a variety of business layers • Excellent communication skills o Ability to communicate at all levels in the organization. • Fluent in English (written and verbal)

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE Basic Qualifications • SAP/ERP MM knowledge • Bachelor degree Additional Qualifications Track-record of successful ERP/systems implementations covering MM • Ideally SAP R/3 MM business process configuration/knowledge acquired through either SAP’s Partner Academy or customer offered curriculum. • At least two, preferably more than three prior R/3 (or similar) implementation experiences; either as a team member or consultant. • IT experience in a large business change program.
