Honeywell Security & Fire (HSF) is a strategic business unit in Honeywell’s Building Technology(HBT) business group. HSF is a leading innovator, manufacturer and supplier of electronic security technology protecting millions of homes, businesses and government facilities across the globe. Products include burglar and fire alarms, communication devices and services, access control and video surveillance systems, and managed services. In order to achieve such result, Honeywell has listed a number of key responsibility areas and required skillsets: Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options. Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions. Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements. Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors. Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information. Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards. Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.


Skills / Qualifications: - 5 to 8 years sales experience in Telecom/Security/Digital industry - Minimum 5 years’ experience in Key Account Development. - Team player, yet autonomous worker - Fluent in English and minimum 1 other European language, 2 is a plus. - Willing to travel across Europe on business trips. - Culturally aware - Strong direct sales background - Conceptual selling background - complex solution selling - consultative selling methodologies. - Persuasive, winning mentality - Demonstrated strong Account Management techniques, including territory planning - Experience presenting to complex organizations & performing high level demonstrations of sophisticated integrated security solutions is strongly preferred - Technical competence with both Wireless solutions, Intrusion, Security and Network Video products and solutions - Proficiency in managing complex sales strongly preferred - Proven ability selling to all levels of Executives - Familiarity with (or other CRM) - Ability to work well in a team environment and partner with internal and external resources - Exceptional interpersonal skills, persistence, assertiveness, resourcefulness required - Ability to listen well, communicate and qualify effectively, over the telephone to all levels
