Key roles: Take active role in the business and strategy development and support decision-making process by representing the voice of the customer Analyze customer needs, perceptions, and behavior through a combination of proprietary and syndicated customer research studies and turn insights into actionable recommendation Contribute to analysis of customer insight future trends; make strategic recommendations based on findings Plan and coordinate market research projects and Consumer Understanding activities - support research agencies to conduct research Analyze and interpret the market research and customer usage data, develop presentations and make recommendations on findings Perform statistical analysis of customer research results Beside managing local market research project, take active role in the CEE Customer Insight and Marketing Team manage strategic market research projects in the CEE region be the Business Partner of the CEE Customer Value Proposition Team and the owner of CEE regional CVP related studies


College or University Degree, preferably in Economics 5+ years of professional experience in the field of analysis, market research (qualitative and quantitative research experience is a must) Strong statistical and analytical skills, in-depth knowledge of SPSS Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written) both in English and in Romanian Good command of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Outstanding presentation skills Ability to work independently and under pressure Energetic person with flexibility, initiatives and passion for business Experience in agency, client side and in the telecom industry is an advantage
