SUMMARY OF ROLE Offer administrative support for Emerson Process Management PSS Sales Service teams and locations across Europe. Take ownership for customer enquiries and customer orders from receipt of enquiry to the close of sale ensuring a high level of Customer Service is maintained at all times; keep Field Operations teams continuously updated. PRINCIPAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES * Respond to RTQ from customers received from the PSS Service teams across Europe. * Take ownership for customer orders received against quotations and verify them for accuracy. * Using technical information and qualification coming from the Proposal Team, produce simple/routine sales quotations (using templates) for spares, repairs, education and engineering services * Enter orders into the sales order processing systems ensuring all data is checked and accurate; close out all Field Engineering Reports and system projects once invoiced (where applicable). * Ensure that the internal order are placed by the purchasing department, * Take ownership for factory repair and other service issues. * Take responsibility for invoicing customers once orders are complete. * Manage the customer satisfaction survey (where applicable) * Liaise with Service team to inform about the status or possible challenges regarding received orders * Maintain accurate and updated order logs * Use and help the local organization with tools as Oracle, CRM, JDE, SMS, SharePoint, etc * Follow and help improve existing work processes and procedures * Develop and maintain a sound knowledge of PSS products and services * Other administrative tasks as required.
Candidatul ideal Requirements: * College/University Degree * 1+ year experience in an Customer Service/Administrative role * Previous experience as an Order Administrator is a plus * Languages: English and French-high level * PC skills: MS Office, Internet * Knowledge and/or experience in using ERP/MRP systems is a plus.
