The eMobility team in Sibiu can transform your dreams into reality through the new and innovative eBike projects. The full engineering development of these projects is done in Sibiu and now we need a new SW project manager to develop software strategies and to coordinate all SW activities for all eBike projects. Job responsibilities: Leads and manages a SW team in order to modify or implement a concept/solution meeting the customer's expectations, requirements and specifications. Plans, tracks and monitors all SW activities and milestones in order to ensure a synchronization with the project master schedule and with the time start of production (SOP) / project closure or hand-over. Takes measure to ensure highest quality of the work products based on internal and customer requirements. Responsible for organizing the periodical reviews with the project team and organize the audit Stays in constant contact to the customer to ensure an appropriate discipline/project coordination and information flow; Responsible for a process compliant execution of the discipline/project according to company, customer or international standards; Manages and acquires technical resources for the discipline/project required; Manages the project risks and changes in order to minimize risks and the impact of changes; Analyzes the project risks and changes and acts in order to overcome them; Coordinate all activities within the project team by regular project meetings, status updates and information sharing; Develop concepts and ideas to improve existing and new designs in terms of quality, cost, manufacturability, robustness and/or feature content. Provides technical concepts, information and budget estimations in order to support the acquisition of a project or change management Shares knowledge and train team members in order to improve work results and processes; Regularly supervises and controls of the discipline/project budget and costs; Manages problem resolution and change management process including impacts to project timing, cost, overall risks.
3-5 years experience in Automotive Engineering; Very good SW background; Technical Project Leading experience is a plus (also project leading potential is highly appreciated); Strong interpersonal and communication skills; Strong analytical and problem solving skills; Ability to work in a team environment and with minimal supervision; Fluent English communication skills.
