For our IT Center Pitesti Software analyst and 3rd-level support Responsibilities: Conduct support functions (e.g. 2nd and 3rd level support, analyze problems within various applications, training of the key users in the sub-process element in the area of responsibility and in the corresponding application/ module). Act as process interface to internal customers and to the software development department for a business sub process element. Advise in the creation of requirements specifications and create functional specifications for a specific, IT-supported business sub-process element. Define and detail black box testing conditions for a business sub-process element in cooperation with the process consultant for the respective business process as well as conduct black box tests and document selected sub-processes and sub-process elements as well as implement applications/ modules worldwide in cooperation with internal customers and software development department. Design one IT-supported business sub-process element according to the DRX process map in cooperation with functional units and define the requirements for software development in one business sub-process. Evaluate, select and define suitable implementation versions for process requirements in a business sub-process element. Support in the standardization of the business process elements within DRÄXLMAIER Group. Consult on the further development of the sub-process element in cooperation with internal customers and the process consultant for the respective business process. Coordinate work packages in IT service requests and IT projects.
Technical studies electrical engineering or computer science. Experience in the automotive industry, in the cable harness design (methods and tools). Fundamentals Oracle databases. Good knowledge of XML structures (KBL format). Very good knowledge of MS Office - particularly Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Access. Good oral and written communication skills in English. Knowledge of German language is considered a plus. Quick learning ability. Strong team skills, initiative, communication and analytical skills. Ability to work independently and organize. Good experience in training and rollout. Integrated / process-oriented thinking. Test management skills.
