Responsibilies: * Provides travel arrangements locally (UK and Ireland) and internationally for the UKI engineering team, such as flights, car rental, taxi bookings, hotel, ferry and train bookings * Handles all other travel related tasks: visa request, invitation letter, travel forms * Verifies all engineer documentation for travelling * Handles travel invoices allocation to the internal cost centers * Compiles total travel costs when requested * Replies professionally an in a timely manner to all travel requests or inquiries * Fills in all travel information in local Share Point * Ensures engineers have up to date medical and safety certifications by handling certification schedules according to expiry date * Fills in all certification internal requests to procurement * Calculates Maintenance Contracts engineering costs for the Maintenance administrator * Provides backup for order entry as necessary * Compiles reports as requested by local or remote managers.


Requirements: * College/University Degree * Min 2 years’ experience in administration or travel type tasks * Languages spoken: English - high level * Great communication skills * PC literate * Very good self-organization skills * Adaptability.
