• Support the strategic planning of the department by breaking down or developing the strategic planning for the group, within a short or medium-range time frame • Being part of planning budgeting process in his/her area of responsibility, in cooperation with the supervisor, and make sure there is compliance with it • Cooperate in personnel planning within his/her area of responsibility in cooperation with the supervisor; employ qualified personnel • Provide technical and disciplinary leadership to associates that report to him/her; make personnel decisions in cooperation with the HR department and the supervisor • Cooperate in developing products by contributing subject-specific expertise (e.g. in the form of concepts, technologies, systems, methods, etc.) • Cooperate in developing concepts and implementing measures for improvement to optimize the processes for developing products • Provide support to associates through a regular exchange of information on project status and its evolution, instruct associates in CAD construction problems • Organize design reviews in the area of competence to check the status and evolution of project in order to increase the maturity of the project. Start of measures to achieve the level of maturity, taking into account the specifications on time, quality and cost. • Assure compliance with and implementation of guidelines relevant for developing products, (e.g. company goals, divisional goals, quality requirements, customer wishes, legal guidelines, etc.)


• Mechanical Engineer University • Min. 5 years experience in interior components designing • English language advanced • German language advantage • Good knowledge's of centering and retaining several parts into a whole and tolerant circuits • Leadership experience • Team oriented
