Develop an lead the IT Service Desk team from Marquardt; Ensure the first level of IT Support in Marquardt world; Develop a team of specialized IT Support for deeper support; Increase the first solution rate; Ensure the higher quality of the IT Support; Carry out monthly meetings, providing feedback on performance; Ensure that the team documentation is in place and up to date; Document processes and procedures and ensure that performance is delivered within the expected SLA; Contribute to problems identification and provide information and recommendations for service improvement; Proactively work to improve efficiency and reduce solving time; Provide mentoring and support to team members; Grow the technical skills of the team.

Cerinte

Experience in IT Service Desk field minimum 3 years; Knowledge and experience in IT systems, Microsoft Products (Windows, Office, Active Directory); Knowledge Software Distribution Processes; Knowledge in networking and internet protocols (LAN, TCP-IP); Good knowledge of English and German language; Ability to work in a global team; Communication skills and increased social tolerance; Organized personality; Interest in working in an IT Support environment; Analytical thinking;
