Team Leader production Department: production Job Purpose: To work together with and be responsible for a small production team that builds up industrial cleaning vehicles according to the work and quality instructions given, within the prescribed timeframe according to production planning and complying with safety standards. ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES Primary Performance areas- All performance areas are always in accordance to established quality and safety standards 1. Responsible for the proper execution of the work performed on the buildup of industrial cleaning vehicles 2. Working together with, leading, coaching, training and motivating the production technicians in his team. 3. Responsible for the execution of the work according to established work instructions. 4. Responsible for the execution of the work according to established quality instructions. 5. Responsible that the production team always works according to safety standards. 6. Responsible that the execution of the work is done within the time prescribed by production planning. 7. Reports immediately any shortage or quality problem of parts needed for assembly of the planned production stage. 8. Register& report on a daily basis the production progress, quality non-conformities. 9. Responsible for the good working order, the safety and the cleanliness of his working station. 10. Responsible for effecting company values: making sure that company values are known and respected. 11. Understands the importance of and fully cooperates in continuous improvements efforts. Secondary Responsibilities(additional responsibilities assigned by production management) 1. Support the Service department 2. Generic: • Profound technical understanding of the build-up of an industrial cleaning vehicle. This in the field of mechanical build up and hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical circuits Job-related (Technical – Knowledge & Skills): Education: • Auto-mechanics training – industrial training: mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic and/or electrical fields Experience: • First experience in working and leading a small team in a production environment • At least 4 years in production or service of automobile or related position Technical: • Strong overall competence in mechanical assemblies, hydraulic circuits, pneumatic circuits and electrical circuits focused on automobile Language: • Good knowledge of English (Speaking, Reading& Understanding) Benefits: • Salary : will be discussed • Accommodation provided – free • Medical benefits • Contract duration : 2 years • 48 hours/ week + OT
