Responsibilities • Drive overall performance and manage processes; • Manage team and ensure quality and productivity targets are met; • Responsible for delivering results as per Service Level Agreement targets / timelines; • Continuously motivate team members and control attrition; • Monitor transactions on an ongoing basis and take corrective steps where necessary; • Ensure internal & external compliance (internal policies, audit requirements, information security standards); • Support team-performance, coach and develop team-members.

Requirements • High proficiency in English and German - both written and spoken; • Excellent communication, leadership and people management skills; • Coaching and feedback skills; • Excellent performance management knowledge & skills; • Outgoing, self-starter, innovative; • At least 3 years in a leadership position.
