Would you like to take on assignments with a high level of responsibility? Responsible of the entire recruitment process for all the openings in R&D Department Defining and executing recruitment strategies for all levels in the department Creating and placing internal and external job announcements Performing direct candidates sourcing and head-hunting Using a large variety of sourcing techniques when performing direct search for potential candidates Continuously improving the searching methods in order to find best new candidates Conducting pre-interviews and interviews (telephonic/video-conference/face-to-face), together with Hiring Managers Creating interview and position reports, based on the KPIs, for each candidate in the recruitment process Organizing further steps of the recruitment process Providing feedback to the candidates who will not receive a job offer Analyzing and proposing new recruitment trends, according to the market Offering administrative support for the R&D Department


Impress us – with your professional and personal skills. University degree Minimum 2 years of experience on recruitment for R&D positions Experience in direct sourcing and head-hunting Good understanding of job requirements and technical data from R&D field Licensed to apply different psychometric tools and tests (advantage) High knowledge of English (German is an advantage) High degree of autonomy Excellent communication skills
