Evolution HCC, a recruitment and consultancy agency, is seeking a candidate for a Technical Support Agent position in a well-known international company. The job mostly implies continuous communication with clients and other departments, resolving complaints and collecting data.

Responsibilities:

·Customer requests on failure or complaint;

·Escalate serious complaints;

·Process online Chat and remote Support;

·Structured issue analysis via predefined questionnaire and setup replication;

·Collect log files , configuration files and data bases;

·Create and forward tickets to level 2;

Requirements:

  • ·English and French – ability to speak on a Technical level;
  • ·Network knowledge;
  • ·Experience on a similar position;
  • ·Ability to work under pressure and good communication skills;
