TECHNICAL SUPPORT SPECIALIST WITH FRENCH Our client is a BPO company with more than 30 000+ employees, and offices in 21 countries. They are currently looking to expand their team in Sofia, Bulgaria, so they are looking for skilled Technical Support Specialists with French for a new long-term project. As a Technical Support Specialist you will be part of the customer support chain in the line of contact between the company and the customers. Your responsibilities will include: - Installing and troubleshooting supported applications on all operating systems; - Resolving support demand to customer satisfaction; requests consultation, mentoring; - Providing support to all customers for all incoming support incidents; - Performing all processes on the chat/email/phone system (logging in, routing, consulting and closing cases); - Offering assistance in meeting the department’s targets and goals; - Maintaining customer satisfaction according to the established systems of measurements; - Solving customer problems effectively, using troubleshooting techniques where required; - Providing answers to customers’ queries using database and call logging tools; - Requests consultation and or escalates to Tech Lead when resolution needs more experience/skills on product.
Do you have what it takes for the job? - Degree/Diploma in a Technical discipline or Technical support equivalent work experience; - Experience with one or more current Microsoft Operating systems (IE, Windows XP, Windows Server Edition, Windows Vista, Windows 7, Windows 8, System Center); - Experience with one or more current Microsoft Business Operating systems (Windows Server 2008, Small Business Server 2008, Windows Server 2003); - Knowledge of personal and server computer architecture; - Working knowledge of Business line of MS® Applications (Windows Server®, Exchange®, SQL®, SharePoint®, etc.); - Excellent English language skills (verbal and written); - Excellent French language skills (C1 level); - The ability to work independently, in a time critical environment; - Good communication skills and the ability to adapt to changing business needs and processes.
