Technical Support Specialist with German Our client is a BPO company with more than 30 000+ employees, and offices in 21 countries. They are currently looking to expand their team in Sofia, Bulgaria, so they are looking for experienced and talented Technical Support Specialists with German! As a Technical Support Specialist you will be part of the customer support chain in the line of contact between the company and the customers. Your responsibilities will include: -Providing a high level support to all customers; -Providing telephone support; -Meeting the department’s targets and goals; -Maintaining customer satisfaction according to the established systems of measurements; -Solving customer problems effectively, using troubleshooting techniques where required; -Using database and call logging tools to provide answers to customers’ queries; -Maintaining a high level of technical product knowledge in the specified products.

Do you have what it takes for the job? -Excellent German language skills (C1 level) along with good level of English; -Strong technical background; -Experience in providing an exceptional customer experience; -Experience in one or more current Microsoft Operating systems (Windows NT Professional, Windows 2000 Professional, Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows 7, Windows Server Edition); -Verbal and written communication skills, in order to analyze, interpret and address customer needs; -Very good understanding of standard computer science concepts, personal computer architecture and networking required; -Knowledge in at least one of the following disciplines: network operations, networking protocols, network authentication, messaging technology or messaging protocols, or other technical skill strengths with an online service or network communications; -The ability to work independently, in a time critical environment; -Ability and willingness to provide pre-sales, sales, or post-sales support.
