Position: Norwegian Telesales Agent (Current / Existing Customers) Contract duration: 11th Aug – 12th Dec 2014 Location: Dundalk Co.Louth, Ireland Salary: €21,000basic + comms (€200-700 a week on target reached); re-location package available Additional benefits: relocation package – flight ticket to come to Ireland up to €150 with 4 night’s accommodation paid holidays, bonuses, vouchers & staff discount You will be required to sell a range of products to existing customers through telephone calling. Functions: • Generating new business via warm calling, NO COLD CALLING! • You will be calling existing customers (B2B) across Norwegian Market on a daily basis who have not ordered in a while • Calling through sales leads and following the cycle through to sale closure • Make a high volume of calls to existing customers • Describe the product benefits and inform customers of any new products • Identify which products might best suit the customer and enter the order live on the phone • Achieving weekly targets - full training / coaching and support given Training You will receive technical and product training for the first two weeks of your employment. During training, you will learn about our products and the systems that we use to run our business. You will also meet other teammates who are new to company. At the end of your two week training, you will be certified to start engaging with customers. You must successfully pass this Certification programme. During training your full week’s wage (except commission) will be paid. In addition to the technical and product training, you will receive a Supervisor to help guide you.
• Minimum of 6 months experience in sales (B2B, F2F, over a phone), customer service, call centre • Skilled negotiator • Have the ability to maintain professionalism under pressure • An energetic, self-starter who excels in interpersonal skills, with a focus on listening and questioning skills • Self-motivated and goal oriented • Strong customer service and the desire to be successful exceed targets and integrate into a team-based organization • Accuracy is crucial • Be a good team player • Be fluent in Norwegian Ability to speak good ENGLISH
