Your Role: Responsible for the quality of software deliveries Development of test strategies, test plans, etc. Continuous identification and implementation of quality improvements Definition and review of the quality criteria of software packages and releases Communication and coordination with project management Ensure testing of non-functional requirements in regard of performance, security & usability Direct feedback and strengthening quality awareness in the development team Ensure the realization of quality assurance processes and quality KPIs
Ideal Candidate: Min. 5 years' experience in test management (ideally in international project environments) Min. 3 years' experience in software test (ideally in the field of financial back offices) Excellent understanding of "Quality" and a high sense for behavioral tests and usability of SW products Experienced in testing of critical business processes (ideally in the field of financial back offices) ISTQB Certification (Test Manager) or similar Quick learner with an interest in the functionality and business processes of software solutions Excellent communication skills (spoken & written) in English What do we offer you?
