- Develops and implements corporate and operational Induction programs; - Administers and owns the Onboarding process for new hires; - Coordinates the induction training activity and helps the new employees make a successful adjustment to the new job; - Participates to the overall process of implementation of the global HR projects; - Responsible for establishing and maintaining a good partnership with the local Universities; - Knows corporate policies in the HR field and initiates solutions to achieve these objectives; - Coordinates the International Graduates Program for our country; - Supports and monitors the implementation of the Internal Regulations and other local HR procedures; - Takes care of disciplinary issues in accordance with Internal Regulations; - Coordinates Succession planning process; - Provides direct support to HR Training Responsible; - Actively involved in HR special projects; - Works on miscellaneous projects and duties as assigned; - Able to sustain different trainings for MAHLE employees; - Assesors in different assessment centres.

Cerinte

- Bachelor Degree in Psychology/HR or Economical Field; - Minimum 2 - 3 years of experience in a similar position; - Excellent Internet and Microsoft Office skills; - Good command of English (oral and written communication), German is a plus; - Excellent communication skills, organized person, oriented towards results; - Superior problem solving abilities, well organized and flexible person; - Excellent team player, goal oriented person with great ability to work under pressure.
