Execute the activities on material purchasing, material planning, production planning, inventory control, shipping/receiving and stores functions within Honeywell Garrett, to ensure correct supply levels for operation. You support on resolving material related issues due to supply based problem, inventory errors or demand changes. You are the linkage for cross functions and stakeholders, such as planning, operation and quality. Responsibilities: • Checks periodically (weekly / daily) the schedule deliveries with suppliers from the portfolio; • Checks daily deliveries from suppliers according to the delivery schedule and as planned transport for its own portfolio of suppliers; • Reports and tracking suppliers and performance indicators of the department; • Know and works with specific planning tools MPS, MRP, Scheduling Vendor; • Check the accuracy of information of commercial invoices and other documents accompanying the goods in transit; • Check the delivery schedule set by the European Responsible Planning and signal supply problems; • Together with the European Responsible Planning develops and seeks recovery plans components in accordance with ability to buy from suppliers; • Observes the delayed deliveries and ensure its alignment to the target; • Follow their tracks throughout the supplier until the entry into production; • Pursuing activities related indicators daily (KPI).
YOU MUST HAVE Bachelor degree WE VALUE Requirements: Higher education Experience of 1 year in the field of logistics; experience in working with suppliers / customers; English Advanced; Knowledge of a second foreign languages is an advantage Knowledge of computer skills (Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook); Communication skills on different levels; Autonomy and ability to work in teams cross; Rigorous implementation of the commitments and deadlines.
