I started working as a shop assistant dealing with customers, satisfying their needs, than proving my value, I shortly became manager. I was in charge of a coffee shop, with many responsibilities, such as maintaining high standards, increase the income, monitoring and keeping the proper course of business, make and maintain customers happy.
