    Managing the staff activity (introducing the work budgets in the program, checking if the staff respected the allocated budgets, if they respected the time limit, checking in the program if each employee has made the activity report, sending the information via email towards the company’s management, every day check of the Product Managers’ tasks and reminding the managers of these tasks 2 or 3 days before expiry); filling the daily timesheet and doing the monthly check of it with the Human Resources representative.
