    Job description : Mobilizing the staff in having perfect serving, assuring work force during big events, Supervising the staff and correctly dosing the drinks accordingly to the recipes.
    End of contract : The end of summer caused eventually  the end of collaboration with agreement of both sides, while preparing a well based plan to `attack` the competition next summer. 
    Durring this collaboration I have managed to pass my limits, I have made myself heard in front of 15 employees at a very young age while having the full support and trust of the whole management team.

We had the freedom and trust from the bar`s management coordinator to select our active clients by preparing custom recipes for all that we have gone through our work while providing  customers with unique prepared beverages.

    During this collaboration I was able to deal as  bartender, location and place that had my internship as bar-back . With the support and professionalism of the whole team who have given evidence, I managed to impose against management, that has an important role in the bar.
