    Coordinating and supervising recruitment projects for different clients (usually foreign companies with branches in Romania), mainly for middle and top management openings that required also headhunting, but also for highly skilled workers openings:

    - designing the recruiting process;

    - budget management; 
    - contacting customers during the recruiting period;
    - evaluating some of the selected candidates during the evaluation process, and obtaining references about them;
    - responsibility for the final selection of the best candidates and their presentation to the client;
    - keeping an open communication channel to the customer and the newly hired candidate/s after the recruiting process successfully ended – EOS’s guideline for a better collaboration between the two above mentioned parties.
    Creating the company’s brand in Romania (Timisoara and Bucharest). I closely collaborated with two web design companies in order to create one complex website having two purposes: a presentation of the company (in order to brand its values to clients, partners, candidates) and a complex job search website running in background a database of candidates and interested employers (Bestjobs style).
