It is a company that imports and exports electronics, especially laptops It have a department for maintenance and covering the warranty of their products; offering also a service center for customers. The company also offers it is own refurbished laptops made by the service center. Responsibilities: Issue the RMA numbers for all the products that need servicing (including laptop/desktop accessories). Diagnose hardware issues and attempt to repair different electronic parts (motherboard, power board, daughter board, touchpad problems, etc.) or find replacements for them. Repairing software issues (installation / upgrading of operating systems, find suitable drivers, programs, troubleshooting different errors) and solve the problems of company internal network.
