•Coordination and monitoring the process and operator staff in Tanks Farm for Ethylene unit
•Creating work instructions for operations and train the operators for pumping raw materials and intermediate products from rail tanks to Ethylene unit, pumping finished products to Refinery or customers through pipelines or rail tanks , LPG gas recovery from unloaded rail tanks through compressors, collect sample solutions of LPG and gasoline types, monitoring all the work parameters( pressure, temperature, level ,flow ) in plant or DCS for control levels and flow of oil products and ethylene evaporation system .
•Elaborate the overhaul plan for the equipments and machineries in custody, coordination of preparation for repair or overhauls ,coordination for startup of plant after repair or overhauls;
•Responsible for safe operation and handling of oil products
•Propose and argue technical and economically improvements, modernization or change destination of equipments
•Cooperation with other departments for all problems concerning procurement and delivery of raw materials or finished products.
•Ensuring compliance with legal and internal regulations within quality, safety, environmental and avoidance of incidents. Independently actions for continuous improvement of quality, safety, avoidance of incidents and environmental interference; supervision of maintenance works concerning work safety
•Material balance of raw materials and finished products: ETHYLENE, PROPYLENE, C4 CUT, NAPHTA, PROPANE, N-BUTANE,GASOLINE,PYROLYSIS GASOLINE and OIL, BENZENE AND TOLUENE CUT ,MONOETHYLENE GLICOL , material balance of utilities consumptions.
•Ensuring quality and quantity of raw materials for Ethylene unit by methods of composition blending and flow adjustments for to ensure an optimal and constant feed of Ethylene unit
•Cylindrical tanks at atmospheric pressure tanks, pressured LPG tanks, heat exchangers, ENRAF levels transmitter ,LPG and oil pumps, LPG gas compressors, railway ramps for loading and unloading oil and LPG, flare system
Computers in control panel for :
- control of tanks levels, water level in naphtha tanks, action on-off valve for charge or discharge in tank , flow of supply or drain the tanks through levels variations
- command and control of the ethylene evaporation system
