Local Training Responsible 5S Responsible First Aid Responsible Responsibilities: - Organize workshops, trainings, team buildings, business partner visits, meetings. - Prepare presentations, reports, statistical data, graphs, charts and diagrams. - Organize, coordinate and control the business trips process in order to assure good results for the department members and for the Finance department. - Analyse invoices and submit them to the Finance department. - Administer the department's monthly advance, submit all the invoices to the Finance department. - Mentor for new Team Assistants. - Contribute to the integration process of the new employees and foreign delegates in the department. - Maintain and update the organizational chart. - Set internal deadlines for filling in the Recording Hours application, check the monthly reports to be filled in by all employees, issue final reports from Recording Hours application and submit them to the Head of Department, Finance and HR department. - Manage and procure office materials and any other requested products (PCs, telephones etc.) - Act as contact person and maintains good relationships with various external companies on behalf of the department in order to provide good services for the department members. - Collaborate with HR - Create the training requests (for technical/ non-technical trainings/ team buildings), the travelling requests, the team building timelines/ agendas, the recruitment requests, submit the internal moving approval forms and track the signature process. Projects: - Collaborate with HR for developing internal training programs (Effective Meetings, Stress Management). Moderate the training sessions, together with HR.
- Prepare data for analysis in different formats (SPSS, Excel and ASCII) and languages (mainly French and English), based on the questionnaire. - Create PPT reports with different types of graphics and charts and to analyse them, in English or French. - Work exchange with Toluna Paris Office (3 weeks). - Collaborate, communicate and negotiate projects with internal clients. - Train new colleagues as Second DP in their projects.
- Coordinate Board, more than 50 volunteers and manage projects and activities of the association on national and international level. - Create new partnerships and new possibilities of cooperation with local, national and international actors. - Coordinate the recruiting campaign. - Co-trainer in Project Management Training organized by ASFI for its volunteers.
