    •	As member of a 24/7 service team, I performed preventive maintenance (usual replacements in accordance with the constructor’s instructions) and “on call” / by request, I performed failure diagnosis (for Caterpillar equipment I used the laptop ET diagnostic) and emergency repairs (usually repairs of hydraulic cylinders, gear or axial piston pumps, feed pumps, drive shafts, and replacements of  houses, seals, bushings and bearings, cylinder head gaskets, water pumps, belts, alternator,...) mainly but not only for wheel loaders Caterpillar (988G, 990II), crawler and wheeled excavators (Caterpillar, Kobelco, Komatsu, O&K, Furukawa), bulldozers (Michigan, Komatsu), dump trucks (Caterpillar 775D/F, Belaz…), forklifts ( Caterpillar DP30/35/60/70, Yale, Steinbock Boss…) tippers, multipurpose skid steers (New Holland, Bobcat), screener crushers ALLU,  
    Throughout the execution of the works, I had to ensure that all the procedures related to Health and Safety, Permits, documents and Observation / Incident Reports were in accordance with the client’s and legislative requirements.
    •	Responsible for diagnosing the technical state and malfunctions of vehicles, lifting and construction equipment and for producing the repairs estimates.
    •	Responsible for preparing the Maintenance Plan for vehicles, lifting and construction equipment, and for estimating the maintenance costs.
    •	Ensure that repairs and maintenance records and procedures are adhered to, in line with the company’s and legislative requirements.
    •	Ensuring that repairs are in accordance with the observation notes, estimates and client’s requirements, and in compliance with the implemented Quality Management System ISO 9001 and automotive / industry HS standards.
    •	Conducting fault diagnosis in order to ensure correct Auction Offers regarding repairs for third parties.
    •	Ensure assistance in mechanization and optimization problems related to construction works.
    •	Coordination of quarry, earthmoving and metallic construction works.
