-Responsible for assurance of quality; - Elaboration , reviewing and maintaining the HACCP plan in accordance with ISO 9001-2008 ; - Elaboration and updating of the food safety management system and its main documents; - Organization of control by internal and external audit; - Quality checks of the society and especially on resolving corrective actions ; - Instruction of persons on technical and practical knowledge of food safety ; - Inspection of quality and quantity of raw materials reception and check accompanying documents ; - Coordinating teams of 6-8 people in the cleaning daily and weekly program; - Identify nonconformities , corrective action, reports opening ; - Ensure traceability in the production process by completing follow proper records ; - Identifying and ensuring compliance with legal requirements regarding quality and safety ; - Realization of content labels, nutritional table calculation and their conformity with legislation.
