    I contributed during this time of economic crisis, to heavy reorganization of the company by
    employing a considerable number of young people, because the average age is higher, being
    forced to apply the staff layoff and in some periods, without affecting economic and financial
    efficiency.
    We introduced the assessment procedure for employees based on performance and goals.
    I made a table of employees for the ceremony in a more efficient relocation.
