Buzau) to only one - Bucharest – moving stock, rearrange the routing in the new location in order to maintain the service level to the customers, people management for all four locations • Fit into the project budget Project results: SC Europharm Holding SRL closed 6 branches all over Romania, remaining with 11 which cover the entire area of the country in a very efficient way, based on the same service level offered to the final client like in the near past, but monitoring continuous the financial KPI, in order to achieve the main objectives of the company, profit, market share and image in the market. January 2008 –Managing Pre-distribution Project for GSK products – SC Europharm Holding being the LSP for GSK in the Romanian market • Supervise and improve the KPI for the logistic services provides for GSK SRL – receiving, storage, picking and delivery • Analysing the day to day operational activities and looking for opportunities to improve it • Coordinate the operations for changing the way of working for the new project, • Identifying the processes and the eventual issues, using cross functional flowcharts for a better picture of the entire activity • Implement and develop the new version of Business Commander (ERP), adapting it to the warehouse activities. May 2008 – Project manager for offices/warehouses relocation in Bucharest. The entire project had two major parts with two deadlines: • 1st of July – the offices relocation • 1st of November – warehouse relocation For this project I’ve managed a team of 5 people, supervising and coordinate the relations with more than 10 services/products providers, synchronizing all these in order to fit into the deadlines.
