This job was an internship for a period of two months and I had the following responsibilities: - Make the marketing campaign plan (Gantt, budget, personnel and other resources) - Implement campaigns and achieve the desired results - Negotiate with suppliers to fit on budget - Recruiting the right staff for campaign- Develops new projects and coming up with new ideas for improving existing
- Develop marketing plans and strategies of the company and its customers; - Continuously monitors the market and competition in order to attract new customers and develop new services; - Planning, implementing and monitoring online marketing strategy for the company clients: newsletters, e-mail marketing, social media, PPC campaigns. - Creation of promotional materials (flyers, catalogs, etc.) requested by the customer;- Creating and managing sites of presentation / e-commerce.
- Support in organizing events; - Support in developing marketing plan and budget;- Support for marketing and sales objectives;
- Open incoming scanned invoices in workflow tool - Check the supplier data and details in the ERP system - Sort invoices (according to criteria: document type, purchase order, headquarter or branch) - Communicate and clarificate with suppliers- Send invoices back to suppliers
