1. Coordinating all activities related to personnel administration: - Ensure employment preparation and filing of the file in the General Register of the employees (new contracts, amendments, decisions) - for more than 400 employees - Ensure the reporting of the new employees to the Labor Inspectorate Register - Preparing the contract changes and signing them with the employees - Drafting notices of termination of labor contracts - Maintaining and updating procedures of Human Resources - Maintaining personal files and filing the necessary documentation department activities regarding wages, social security, personnel turnover, hiring, promotions, transfers and resignations from the company. - Preparation the information for calculating salary: export payroll sheets, checking holidays, sick leave, absences, bonuses, meal tickets distribution, for 400 employees; - Maintaining the relation with the safety and security services and programming courses required for the new employees - Maintaining the relation with the work medicine company and scheduling new employees to mandatory control - Issuance of certificates at the request of employees - Preparation and submission of reports required by HRM; 2. Recruitment and selection: Conduct de recruitment and selection process from entry level position up to middle level - screening applicants, scheduling candidates for interview, generating the shortlist for interview, supporting interviews, evaluation and selection of the final candidates.
Answering incoming calls from partners and providing support in solving the problems addressed; -Preparing and sending status reports to merchants with credit applications; -Checking the accuracy of the information in computer application.
