    I was also responsible to supervise and work in good relationship with my staff to make sure the below task are managed and make our job easier: 
    •	Preparing/issuing separate files for all existent clients/shipments (export/import), 
    •	Issuing invoices for all operations which I had to approve them before sending it to the   customer and observance of payment terms,
    •	Manage all imports/ exports LCL sea transport from all the ports, the most of them from Asia including  Singapore, exports via Hamburg, Rotterdam, Antwerp, etc.,
    •	Logistics operations - as inland trucking, delivery, DO approving,
    •	Send the arrival notices and advise the collection rates in time, 
    •	Reports regarding the profit for each console box/ client, 
    •	Make sure all the collections from the Romanian consignees were collected before releasing the cargo,

    Also, as the head of the department in my subordination were 7 people, the team is composed from the 3 operational sea freight executive, one which had to deal with the custom and make sure all our cargoes meet the deadline in order for our customer to be satisfied with our services and 3 sales.
    Regarding the sales people I was responsible for their activity regarding the LCL offers and bookings received.
    I achieve to deal all by myself about 20 containers from LCL (Less than a Container Load) in a few mounts, some of it of one TEU and some of 2 TEUS.
    My biggest achievement is that I learned all by myself in six months without no training program, because on the before company I was dealing of FCL (Full Container Load) sea transport and due to my implication I managed to perform during the period in this company until now for 3 promotions.
    I was responding to Mr. Ben Lim, one of the directors of Globelink Int'l Romania and others 4 Offices from the Globelink Group - my direct boss.
