Specific duties acquired in teaching position as professor of Romanian language and literature:
I designed teaching activities according to Romanian National Education Law. I adduce competencies / performance indicators. I have reviewed the National school curriculum and at the school decision. I based the design of teaching on students' prior purchases. I have established the optimal teaching strategies. I have prepared the design documents. Facilitated learning through discerning selection of teaching materials tailored to specific situations in the classroom, in order to ensure effective training (projector, PC, AEL, Power-point, platform education etc.) I designed activities / learning experiences involving the use of ICT resources.-Comparing Permanent real situation with the project from the standpoint of achieving planning, adapting and rethinking planning according to their real situation and existing learning situations. I’ve updated my teaching design documents. I designed and supported various extracurricular activities: theater, drama, Trips, tutoring, etc .I organized and directed in the classroom activities of teaching - learning. I have used appropriate teaching materials. I have identified and valued learning opportunities of students. I have provided subject-specific skills training. I have streamlined the relationship teacher-student-family. I have conducted organized and implemented extracurricular activities. I have partnered with the School library. I have reviewed the learning outcomes. I wrote, interpret and communicated the results of the evaluation. I have coordinated and completed education student portfolios. I was busy with classroom management. I am organized, coordinated and supervised teams of students. I have developed specific rules that I have taught classes and that I was the main teacher. Applying a tailored curriculum for students with disabilities (CES) Differential treatment through differentiated activities in the lesson to fit students for school performance, but also low learning students. I put emphasis on teacher-student communication and I use bidirectional communication feedback: Analysis of the accuracy and integrity of the message received by the student, by comparing the transmitted message in order to establish the communication channel. I coordinated career and personal development of students' eighth and six classes. I identify own development needs of students.
