    Allianso Business Park is the Romanian representative of the Belgian company Alinso Group, active in real estate and green energy developments. Alinso Group is currently developing two major projects in Romania, Ploiesti West Park, the largest industrial development in SE Europe and Allianso Terminal Ploiesti, the first open intermodal railway terminal in the region
    
    Main responsibilities and activities:
    Responsible for the marketing activities of the company and assuring support for the sales department 
    
    Marketing activities:
    -	Involvement in various marketing and business development initiatives, such as marketing support for the Romanian business lines of the company, including preparation of marketing plans and budget 
    -	Organization & coordination of the events held by the company, including activities such as budget proposal, cost control, negotiations with third parties, layout of event, schedule and coordination of event team (both external and internal)
    -	Event manager for industry specific events (external events) such as conferences, fairs, meetings with official government representatives, etc
    -	Design and preparation of company presentation materials (for projects and also the group presentations): preparation of promotional materials such as brochures, advertisements for various industry related publications, newsletters, ecards, flyers, invitations, corporate branding guidelines, etc
    -	Negotiation with third parties for publicity collaborations and printing/production of promotional materials
    -	Writing of interviews, articles and company press releases
    Sales activities:
    -	Preparation of financial offers for various customers, for rental/purchase of developments (warehouses, built to suit projects, land acquisition), based on construction companies price offers and  internal costs estimations
    -	Financial analysis of the investment required for various construction developments (e.g profitability estimation based on implementation costs)
    -	Meetings with potential customers and coordination of negotiation, including customization of the contracts 
    -	Presentations held for potential customers
    -	Support in preparation of sales plan and budget
    -	Preparation of sales related reports for board meetings
    Technical activities:
    -	Preparation of high level design for built to suit projects based on clients’ specifications, including design of outside areas (parking spaces, truck manoeuvre areas), offices space and social areas
